I was surfing the web last night while i was listening to one of my favorite Portuguese bands - Orelha Negra (literally translating to "Black Ear"), when the song "Since you´ve been gone / A Memória" started to play. The video of that song is just amazing!!! And it suits the song and my mood just perfectly!
It reminds me that I've been away from this little place of mine for long long time. But also reminds me about "Detritos" - Alexandre Farto a.k.a. Vhils's latest exhibition. :)
"Why?" Because Orelha Negra had invited Vhils to do what he does best and also to produce the videoclip for the single "M.I.R.I.A.M".
It turned out into a slow motion video shot full of explosions perfectly blended with the amazing music that Orelha Negra creates! An awesome urban beat steeped in black music, combining a little bit of jazz elements, funk, soul, and hip-hop vibes..

afinal, se tu visitares meu blog, verás que eu tento fazer um tipo de arte, mas esse formato que dou a ela (digital gramatical) não é o que imagino ser o melhor, vejo que ela ficaria muito melhor em uma parede de uma rua movimentada ou nos vidros de um ônibus ou seja lá onde for...

A street art é mesmo muito apaixonante. Eu própria sou apenas uma entusiasta e curiosa. Toda a arte tem a sua força e expressão, não há formula, apenas muita paixão e dedicação envolvida. :)
Procura os tuturiais do Youtube sobre as mais variadas técnicas (Spray, wheatpaste, stickers...)para além de serem uma inspiração para os menos experientes, são super bacanas e fáceis de executar. ;)
