O filme apresenta artistas de renome como Shepard Fairey, Lee Quiñones, Swoon, Futura, Mister Cartoon, Revok, Martha Cooper, e Invader, entre muito outros. O realizador Alex Stapleton (Corman's World: Exploits of a Hollywood Rebel) documenta o processo criativo dos artistas, assim como os seus problemas com a lei, a efemeridade poética da sua arte e a evolução dos artistas que antes estavam no banco de trás de um carro da polícia, e agora estão nas paredes de uma conceituada instituição.
